Karibu is a devotional application that generates personalized Bible-based devotionals using artificial intelligence. Users share what is on their heart and receive devotionals tailored to their spiritual needs. The Service includes features such as AI-generated devotionals, journal entries, saved content, and scripture-based reflections.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using Karibu, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
Karibu uses artificial intelligence to generate devotional content based on your input. While we strive for accuracy and spiritual relevance, AI-generated devotionals are not a substitute for professional spiritual counsel, pastoral guidance, or theological authority. The content is intended for personal reflection and devotional purposes only.
We do not guarantee the theological accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies.
Karibu offers subscription plans that provide access to premium features. Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and are subject to their respective terms and billing policies.
You retain ownership of any content you create within the Service, including journal entries and personal reflections. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tech Adventures LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the Service or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tech Adventures LTD is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
